Rivaro Roaming Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16441032), with its registered office at Denny Lane, Newton Leys, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK3 5RL, United Kingdom (“Rivaro Roaming”), supplies eSIM products and services to the customer (“Customer”). In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” shall refer to Rivaro Roaming Ltd.

1.1 "Services" refers to Rivaro Roaming's offering of eSIM connectivity for international mobile data usage, accessible through our website.

1.2 "Customer" includes individuals or entities purchasing Rivaro Roaming products for personal or business use.

1.3 "eSIM" stands for "embedded SIM." It is a digital SIM card that is embedded directly into a compatible mobile device, allowing customers to activate a mobile data plan without needing a physical SIM card.

2.1 By purchasing an eSIM or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms,
  • Agree to be bound by them,
  • Are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction,
  • Have the authority to bind your organisation, if purchasing on its behalf.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

3.1 Rivaro Roaming offers prepaid eSIM packages for mobile data access in supported countries. These services are accessible on eSIM-compatible, network-unlocked devices. No physical SIM is required. Customers are responsible for ensuring device compatibility prior to purchase.

4.1 You are required to create a user account before purchasing any services from Rivaro Roaming. If so, you agree to: Rivaro Roaming is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
If you delete your account, we may retain your data for a further 6 months from the date of deletion, after which it will be permanently removed unless required to be kept by law. We may use your contact information to send you marketing communications about our services. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us at  hello@rivaroroaming.com.

7.1 All prices listed are in USD (or other supported currencies) and exclusive of applicable taxes. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard, Visa, American Express
  • PayPal
  • RevolutPay
  • Apple Pay, Android Pay

7.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

8.1 Applicable VAT, sales tax, or other government-imposed taxes will be added during checkout based on your billing location.

9.1 Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • You are unable to use the eSIM due to an error attributable to Rivaro Roaming.
  • You notify us within 14 days of purchase.
  • You cooperate with our support team in resolving the issue.

9.2 We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

  • The issue is due to device incompatibility,
  • The eSIM has already been activated,
  • You fail to provide requested information for diagnosis,
  • The refund request is made beyond the 14-day window.

9.3 Refunds, if granted, will be processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 30 business days.

10.1 While we strive to offer uninterrupted and reliable service, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous network availability,
  • Fault-free performance,
  • That Services will be available in every location or country,
  • Access to 5G speeds in all supported destinations. Network performance, including speed and coverage, may vary and is subject to change due to third-party provider policies, maintenance activities, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.

11.1 You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes,
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades network quality,
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without express permission,
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

12.2 All content and trademarks on www.rivaroroaming.com are the property of Rivaro Roaming Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without our written consent.

13.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice if we determine you have violated these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

14.1 Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivaro Roaming Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Any failure due to device incompatibility,
  • Any delay or interruption in service delivery.

14.2 Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected Services in the preceding six (6) months.

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
